Background


EAJV Technology Inc. was formed by the alliance of AIC Group Canada and AirScienceTechnologies. Together, these two companies are bringing to EAJV commercial experience of Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management and Finance (EPCMF) capabilities with track record in North America, Latin America, China and the Middle East.

AIC Group was founded in 1989 with corporate and engineering offices in Toronto. AIC specialize in oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical plants as well as pharmaceutical and manufacturing. AIC has long-term relationship with a protfolio of leading national and international oil and gas companies. Energy division of AIC is active in EAJV.

AirScience Technologies Inc. was founded in 1993 with corporate and engineering offices in Montreal. The company specializes in the design and construction of systems for the valorization of landfill gas and biogas. AirScience systems include wet and dry biogas desulfurization technologies, gas separation using membranes or pressure swing adsorption (PSA), thermal swing adsorption (TSA), condensation and reheat systems for the dehydration of biogas and the removal of hydrocarbons. AirScience supplied one of the largest landfill gas to CNG in North America.

As both AIC Group and AirScience will continue their current activities, EAJV was given the mandate to specialize in the valorization of natural gas through LNG and GTL technologies, H2PSA, CO2 PSA plants and to provide its clients with peripheral processes such as hydrogen production and purification.
